Radiation oncology services transitioning to community provider

Good Samaritan Hospital has made the strategic decision to close its radiation therapy service and remove the outpatient radiation oncology clinic. Effective September 30, 2025, OneOncology's local network provider, Pacific Cancer Care, will establish care at the existing clinic at 15400 National Avenue, Suite 100, Los Gatos, CA 95032 upon the closure of the hospital service and clinic.
