Good Samaritan Hospital would like to introduce the Heart Rhythm Center, located directly across the street from the hospital. The "HRC" will provide an extensive range of services for patients with cardiac rhythm disturbances. Patients can receive complete diagnosis, treatment, and education.

The Heart Rhythm Center provides excellence in the evaluation and treatment of patients with many different arrhythmias. We have an ongoing commitment to provide you with personalized care.

Our specialized cardiac electrophysiology clinic adjacent to the main campus gives patients easy access to leading edge diagnostic capacities, as well as enhanced EP treatments to correct heart rhythm irregularities. The Heart Rhythm Center Device Clinic provides ongoing follow-up care for adult patients with permanent pacemakers/cardiac defibrillators (ICDs). Facilities are available for the complete evaluation of device function, and reports are forwarded to the patient's attending physicians.

In addition, a complete evaluation is carried out in order to optimize the device settings to any changes in the patient's clinical condition and to maximize device functionality. Our device clinic provides comprehensive long-term follow-up of devices in our clinic as well as state-of-the-art remote follow-up via the internet for some devices. We actively investigate new technology.
